Is there a minimum purchase?
There is no minimum purchase. You can buy the amount you want whether you are private or wholesaler, in addition, from € 99 you have free shipping.
What payment methods are there?
We offer you the following payment methods:
Debit / credit card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and Maestro for your card payments, all managed through the secure payment platform integrated with the REDSYS Virtual POS.
Paypal: You can make your payment with a Paypal account safely and quickly.
Bank Transfer: We will provide you with an account number, you just have to make the deposit indicating the order number to which it is referred.
Cash on delivery: You can choose this option and pay for your order once you get home. This method has a commission of 4% with a minimum of € 2.5. Option available only for orders up to € 250 and delivery in Spain.
Bizum: Now you can choose to pay through Bizum. You only need your mobile and have the Bizum application on your phone. A safe and very fast payment.
Both the payment by card, Paypal or Bizum are totally safe. The platforms associated with these payment methods are protected and encrypted so that personal information is not seen by anyone other than you.
Products that are in stock and whose order is confirmed and validated before 1:29 p.m., from Monday to Friday, will be prepared for shipment from our headquarters in Barcelona and can be delivered by courier service within the period of 72 hours. The shipment is made in the Spanish peninsula, the Balearic Islands and Portugal.
An order will be understood as confirmed and validated when the payment has been validated (in the case of forms of payment by credit card, bank transfer, PayPal or Bizum).
The customer will have the right to revoke the requested order according to the Law within a period of seven days from the receipt of the same, prior communication to Shades World Online.
The products must not have been opened in order for the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal.
In case of exercising this right of withdrawal, the return costs and the damages suffered by the product or merchandise will be borne by the customer.
The right to return will not apply to those products that for hygiene reasons or other legally contemplated exceptions are not subject to return.
Shades World Online will not accept wear and tear of the product due to its testing to make a decision on its final purchase. To make a return, the customer must take into account the following:
Returns are not allowed on products for personal or intimate use for hygiene reasons given their nature.
The client in no case may return the goods postage due to the address provided by www.shadesworld.online
The product to be returned must be in its original condition, without having been used or manipulated, and must arrive in perfect condition and in its packaging, including guarantees, labels and instructions for use. The cost of shipping to our warehouses is borne by the customer.
In all cases, the refund of the amount will be made to a bank account number of the person who placed the order within a maximum period of 10 days from the receipt of the product in our warehouses.
